  • Q: Where do you ship from?
    A: All orders are shipped from our studio in UK. We use eco-friendly packaging and reliable carriers for both local and international orders.

    Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
    A: Each piece is made to order. Please allow 2–3 business days for embroidery and preparation, plus standard shipping time:
    – UK: 1–2 business days
    – France & EU: 3–7 business days

    Q: Do you offer tracking?
    A: Yes, all orders come with tracking. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • Q: What kind of clothing do you use?
    A: We use premium unisex, oversized t-shirts and sweatshirts from Stanley/Stella — 100% organic cotton, ethically produced, and ultra-soft.

    Q: How do I know what size to get?
    A: Our pieces are intentionally oversized for a relaxed fit. We recommend checking our size guide before ordering. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing down.

  • Q: Are the designs machine-embroidered or hand-embroidered?
    A: Each piece is stitched using a professional embroidery machine, allowing for precision and long-lasting quality. Every design is hand-prepared and carefully monitored.

    Q: Will the embroidery fade or unravel?
    A: No — we use high-quality, colorfast threads made to withstand regular washing. With proper care, your piece will remain vibrant and intact.

  • Q: How should I wash my embroidered item?
    A:
    – Wash inside-out in cold water (30°C max)
    – Gentle cycle
    – Avoid bleach or harsh detergents
    – Hang dry or tumble dry low
    – Iron inside-out, avoiding direct heat on embroidery

  • Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
    A: Each piece is made to order, which means we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Please double-check sizing and product details before placing your order.

    If there’s an issue with your order, just email taleno10.studio@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving it — I’ll make sure it’s sorted.

    Q: Can I cancel or edit my order?
    A: Orders can be cancelled or edited within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we begin production and cannot make changes.

  • Q: Do you take custom embroidery requests?
    A: For now, we’re focusing on curated collections. Limited custom options may be available in the future — sign up for our newsletter to stay updated.
